Orders

1. What payment methods do you accept?

1. Credit or Debit cards (Master Card, VISA) via Shopify Payment or Paypal.

Please don't be mistaken! You are not required to have a Shopify account or Paypal account to use this mode of payment. Simply check out as a guest if you want to pay via your credit or debit card. :)

 

2. What happens if the discount code is not working?

Oh Noooo.. You might have encountered a technical error or the discount code used might have expired. Should you experience a technical error, you may contact us via email at admin@toygaleria.com and we will assist you. :)

 

3. There are missing/ faulty items in the order I received. What should I do?

Please email us at admin@toygaleria.com with the following details for us to review and follow up accordingly.

1. Your order number

2. Details of missing or defective item accompanied with photos within 7 days from the receipt of delivery or collection.

 

4. When will I receive my order confirmation?

You should receive an email confirmation to the email address provided at the checkout as soon as you place an order.

Kindly check your spam or junk folder and ensure that the email address provided was accurate.

Please contact us via email at admin@toygaleria.com if you did not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours.

 

5. What is the currency stated in the web?

 All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

 

Delivery mode

1. What are the delivery options available?

Within Singapore

 1. Registered Postage - Enjoy FREE Singapore Shipping with no minimum spend! :)

Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days after the item(s) have been mailed. Tracking of order is provided. You will be notified with tracking information once the order has been mailed out. :)

2. Delivery (Singapore Only)

All deliveries will be done by Toy Galería representative. Upon confirmation of order, a representative will contact you within the next 24 hours and arrange for a mutually agreed time for delivery.

Should you require the item urgently, kindly email admin@toygaleria.com us with your order number and we will try our best to accommodate to your request.

 

2. When will you mail out my order?

Time is of the essence! We always aim for same/next day mailing, however sometimes we are unable to do so due to several reasons. If you require your order urgently, kindly email admin@toygaleria.com us with your order number and we will try our best to accommodate to your request. 

Alternatively, you can directly send us a message through the chat function you can find on the bottom right of our web. :)

 

3. When do you process your orders?

All orders are processed from Monday – Saturday (except Public Holidays), from 11am to 6pm. For orders placed after 6pm, or during Public Holidays, it will be processed the next business day.

 

4. Do you ship outside of Singapore? 

Yes, we do. We only ship to several other countries at the moment. However, we are working on offering worldwide shipping for all of our overseas customers!

International orders can take up to 15 working days or more to be delivered, depending on custom clearance and delivery address. But do be assured that your orders will be passed to our respective logistics partners within 3 working days of purchase. :)

 

5. International taxes and custom duties 

For international orders, customers are responsible for their local taxes and custom duties, where applicable. Any taxes or duties payable will have to be paid to delivery company upon receipt of goods. For bulky items, we might not be able to ship internationally, do check with us if you have any queries. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I return or exchange the item to you and receive a refund?

Items are exchangeable within 7 days for defective items purchased. Only applicable for defective items purchased or damages caused by delivery.

Please note that all items purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. I can’t find the question I want to ask on the FAQ. What should I do?

2. Am I able to see the physical product before buying?

Unfortunately, we are 100% based online at the moment, we do not have a physical shop for products viewing.

3. I’m a brand owner, will Toy Galería be interested to carry my products?

We are constantly looking for new brands to join our Galería to reach out to consumers’ needs. If you are a brand owner or representing a brand. please do email us at admin@toygaleria.com. We will be happy to explore new opportunities with you! :)
